AMD's side has only ever won cases, cash, and concessions. Intel's side has only ever lost cases, cash, and concessions.



And look at where AMD is vs. Intel these days.

Losers sue. Winners get sued.

It was a war and Intel won is standing and AMD lost and is hobbling.
AMD existence was a copycat of Intel X86 architecture.

Apparently it is the moral side of the struggle that has you so embittered. So for argument's sake, assume that everything AMD made up was actually true. How would that compare morally to AMD's theft of Intel intellectual property, then lying about it in regulatory filings to the SEC, shareholders and the press? Did that disturb you from a moral stand point, or were you ok with that because AMD can do no wrong?
