That was from post #10188 by shl468. I believe he was just musing that Aug. 10th might be the last day of the TransCanada NDA. You will have to ask him to be sure.

wacky, that was "imo" only. reason was due to agreement with KM. some of us said we will not hear anything until TC's result(because of NDA) but we got an deal so i "thought" it could be end of NDA if not STWA has right to release some of information (once again my thought)

it is just my opinion and base on nothing
