AISI, do you know if STWA can legally announce order at the pre-recorded conference before filing an 8K? or STWA have to file an 8K first? then make an announcement?

i was not going to expect much but Greg could just release the update using PR why pre-recorded? i know it is very slim chance of announcing the actual order but anything is possible

just like to know if they can announce then file an 8K?

best scenario is 8K at 4pm and explanation of actual order through pre-recorded CC at 4:30 PM

imo it is possible that Greg did this purposely! (please STWA)
