Very slippery slope, if not play correctly...it could be a disaster. Amarin should be hiring a PR rep firm, they also need a bag of cash...the FDA will come out with heavy monetary penalties. At this point, I would hope Amarin would also file individual law suits against FDA employees involved in retaliation.
