Again, I am making my judgment on the public actions of the company. They have a stop sign, give no updates, dilution, and again etc. Those actions are directly related to the CEO. So how is an everyday investor to judge Serge as doing any different then most penny stocks.
The everyday investor can only judge the CEO and company on what they do publically. This is how I say Serge and Savi are no different right now. Some may argue worse with the stop sign present.
You may have a personal relationship with Serge and can judge him by that, but the average investor can only judge him by what the company does publically. So with that you want to tell me how the average investor could judge Serge's running SAVI as the CEO different then most of the other penny stocks? We have had mass dilution, no updates, missed deadlines, and the stop present.
You say he could pack up a leave, that wouldn't allow money to be made off the sales of stock would it? I was here back when people directly asked if the company was selling shares and diluting and they were told no. This on the board and what others claimed as personal phone calls. I think recent financials have proven different. Not to mention the shares being given away for services. This alone has made an increase in pps almost impossible. There are so many "free shares" in the float now, that their selling kills any run.
As DFW said in would take 10's of millions in sales daily now to move this pps with any real movement. I am curious how many here were shocked when they found out what the current float is? Is this what they were led to believe? Sure Serge could start turning a profit and do a share by back and I would judge that action accordingly. He could do a reverse split which he claims would never happen and I would judge that accordingly.(some of his friends on the board have tried in the past to warm others to this- which I believe would totally destroy the average investor)
