What I really wonder is which big corporations will be too late to the next big oppertunity. And which small corp will be the next big thing. Horance Dediu talk about Nokia failing the smartphone business. They thought it more of a niche product. Samsung and Apple are the big two but there is room for a third considering 7 billion people all want a smartphone. De saturation is 40% I recall but going to 80% to 90% is still an enormous growth for oppertunity.

Apple replaced Nokia, pretty weird when you see a computer company taking over a phone company's market share. Will Corning/Lightwave do the same with Intel?
