Due diligence would suggest many of these positions were previously filled a year or two ago as suggested below for the 'Sales Director of the America's.

Kelly Wennik, a successful sales professional with more 20 years of marketing, sales and business development experience working with top-tier Fortune 100 companies, joins Implant Sciences as Managing Director of the Americas. She will be responsible for all countries in North and South America, including U.S. sales, excluding federal government. Before joining Implant Sciences, Ms. Wennik was a Vice President with MORPACE, delivering industry relevant analysis and consulting services. Prior to that, she was Director, Client Development with Harris Interactive and Business Development Manager for Leading Indicator Systems.

Apparently she got 'canned' for not producing sales. Hiring people, then firing them and then touting 'New Positions at Implant' is hardly positive imo.
