ugh. couldn't help but see this erroneous post. you don't know why she left, if she moved on on her own or was "canned," maybe had to take care of an ailing relative, child, WhoTF knows (certainly not you) and two and a half years is plenty of time to be in one job before moving on. The only fact you can pull from the information is that she left and they are hiring someone new. Wow, I'll alert the media.
