Why would that matter if it did happen? The audit will bring them current if it were to happen and you keep overlooking the fact that this is a tiny sub penny stock that will have audited financials. That is extremely hard to come by. The audit alone is worth a penny if not more. Mantivities is worth another penny if not more. The rest of the potential news is worth specualtion. It could be worth several pennies if not more.
What do you mean by "banished to pink sheets"? If you don't believe anything Ed says in Press Releases or Twitter why would you think he would pay the SEC anything?
