Yeah thats my understand is very different.Maybe we get lucky on the status.I've hard 12 million,10 and now 8.I take any of the above.

I think the ongoing trial you speak of is the make or break for ILNS or thats what a outside source stated the same one in regarding to this deal announced don;t remember who that was though.

I expect a settlement on the ligation might be wrong but if not Oing pretty much stated it would be resolved in summary judgement so we might get this over with before the results on the trial you speak of first.

Who knows they might have other thing coming forward.

Well I hope that you're right, but I strongly doubt that happens. Looks like the share price is already beginning to drop...I expect a huge drop after the next adjournment Aug 12...believe we are gonna see a new low...anywhere between .0025 to .0035. Gonna get real ugly here. GLTA
