I would think ilns knows what it's doing and if they appointed a CEO he has to get paid and to keep trials going costs money and to advance toc3 gonna cost so something's up maybe they needed to get house in order and b fully operational before Pfizer hearing is it a coincidencethis news just came out right after 2 short delays or did it happen diberitly before screaming the sky is falling and predicting .002 a share let it play out maybe it will end up being profitable
