1. NEW SHARE STRUCTURE IS APPROVED
2. NEW NAME & SYMBOL
3. MANAGEMENT WANTS TO BUY THOSE 3 NEW MARIJUANA COMPANIES
4. MANAGEMENT OFFERS A BILLION CWIR SHARES PER COMPANY
5. ALL 'EXTRA SHARES' HAVE BEEN USED IN FUZZNBUZZ
6. REVERSE SPLIT
7 SCREAMING BY BAGHOLDERS

This may or may not happen...but it usually does.

They are going to dilute ENT! after the reverse split to fund everything for Fuzznbuzz brands inc./CWIR
