4. MANAGEMENT OFFERS A BILLION CWIR SHARES PER COMPANY
5. ALL 'EXTRA SHARES' HAVE BEEN USED IN FUZZNBUZZ
6. REVERSE SPLIT
7 SCREAMING BY BAGHOLDERS

This may or may not happen...but it usually does.
