Only 4 more days until SKTO/AEGY are at the 6 weeks point - when they promised in the June 20th press release:

The letter of intent is expected to be signed no later than Monday, June 23, 2014, followed by the preparation of a definitive acquisition agreement. This transaction should be completed in the next 4 to 6 weeks

And nothing but silence from either company.
