Oh boy another "special" shareholders meeting! I prefer shareholders meetings that actually report things Michaels just doesn't seem to grasp. You know, silly things like actual verifiable sales figures, profit margins the company has attained. There will be none of that at this meeting. A "proposed shareholder share dividend". There's Peters out, the word "proposed". Then he can just say oops that didn't work out, sorry. A "life changing event for our entire company". A reverse split would certainly be life changing don't you think?
