He could spinoff Re-medical as a dividend, which would lower the HPNN share price by some factor of the perceived value of re-medical.

If the SEC/FINRA lets him do the spinoff, then he can dilute that shell company into the ground like he is known to do with Hop-On.

I wonder if the audit of Re-Medical will reveal just when/if they werre acquired by Hop-On and that Peter Michaels already controlled Re-Medical. Maybe it will reveal just how much Peter Michaels got compensated for selling his own company (Re-Medical) to his own company (Hop-On)?
