The reinstatement should not be a longshot. It should never have been rescinded in the first place. Hopefully, the further up they go at FDA, the clearer this becomes. The grounds for rescission were indefensible. The only thing that makes it a longshot is the ignorance and/or corruption behind the decision to rescind. The external pressure and education should make it much more likely and back to where we should be.
