I would not express it so harshly, but you have a point. So let's hope he will buy a lot of shares soon! Together with start of tox testing it should cause a nice jump and the beginning of a new uptrend.
I don't think these guys are stupid enough to buy shares in the open market. At least that has been the case so far. They might try a small token position to try and sucker some more unsophisticated investors in.
