That would be a correct gesture for Dr. Diwan to do. The least he can do. As his selling NNVC shares bought the building, while killed NNVC's pps in the process. HE SHOULD DO THAT-! Buy at least 2 million shares of NNVC on the Open Market, I feel would show respect and a give-back to the stockholders, and demonstrate faith.

Insider Buying by Dr. Diwan might probably occur in the near future. I think it is very likely that he will use at least a part of the compensation from selling the facility to the company (about 5 million, I read somewhere) to buy NNVC shares in the open market.
