In the unlikely event that CDEX can raise the MILLIONS it would take to market the IG4... Even if was real, needed and really marketable.. wouldn't ASD still have a claim?

Amanita, royalties that CDEx must pay Analytical Spectral Devices (ASD) is not based on the sale of CCT's, it's based on the use of the UV fluorescence technology which is infringing on the ASD patent, regardless of the instrument.

So if the iG4 continues to use UVF, royalties will have to be paid. That's my take.

I'll know more in a couple days after a couple phone calls.
