Well to be fair he did say today or tomorrow. But then again he said that yesterday, and the day before and the day before that lol... Hell everyday for the past month I think.
Some people just shouldn't short stocks. If you plan to short , short a losing company, not one that just entered the MMJ sector lol.
He should just go ahead and cover and go long. No amount of shorting will be able to stop whats coming right around the corner.
