Just because they reference "Eyetalk365" as a plausible reasoning behind helping find a Liscencee or Buyer doesn't implicate them as "THE LISCENCEE" referenced in the Feburary 8k.
Yes Ross Hefler created Eyetalk365, that doesnt make him "THE LISCENCEE" He merely served the rolw of identifying a Liscencee.
