#40294 RE: Popeye J #40291

Popeye, the language in the unrevised 10Q says..."our new licensee...EYETALK365 LLC." Kind of hard to dispute that one.

The truth is hidden in plain sight, popeye.

On May 20, 2014 REVO issued a 10-Q which identified EyeTalk365 LLC as the exclusive global licensee. The statement was clear.

the ($900k) consideration (was) received as part of the license agreement with Eytalk365

DD will show that Ross Helfer formed Eyetalk365 7 months after he was appointment to find a licensee(s) and 1 week before REVO issued an 8-K announcing the 'effective sale' of patents.

Take a look:

On February 7, 2013 REVO “engaged” Ross Helfer “to examine monetizing opportunities” for the patent.

In May 2014 REVO filed a 10-Q identifying the exclusive licensee as Eyetalk365 LLC.

These are statements filed with regulatory authorities. No speculation. No 'forward looking statements'. Just filings of fact from the parties involved. Plain and simple.
