Thats a relief! After speaking with management, it sounds like the CPA firm was a big part of the delayed K/Q. They kept the GRAS work on the backburner and refused to give it the attention it needed. I think this was probably too low $ of an account and they didn't appreciate the pressure put on by Fong to get it released ASAP.

This is the second 8-k I've seen today with this same Auditor listed. I'll try to find what the other ticker was that filed the same form, but I know for a fact this company didn't just leave GRAS. I don't think this is anything to worry about at all.
