What part of "it was submitted" dont you understand? Jr submitted as he claims. Through who is the real question? A review of some sort is why the filing isnt public. I am 1000% confident that he wants kmag to move on more than any shareholder on this board or involved. Why wouldnt he pursue kmag and push for the filing to get accepted and made public? Cmon guys common sense and be realistic here. No its not on edgar.gov we get it. Doesnt mean he didnt submit it to his lawyers to get accepted through an agency or Sec. That maybe what he means.
