Nothing is going to happen. Form 10 was never submitted. It would be on Edgar, and the SEC itself says there is no way to confidentially submit a Form 10 (people on here have asked a few times)

In cactusdog's correspondence with JR he even says the Form 10 was not submitted because it's "being held up by a third party". A total contradiction from what is on the Facebook page
