I feel that the share price needs to be shored up first on the back of INCREASED GTC revenues, debt reduction (removal of all questionable debt off the books- why are they taking so long with this?), and rebuilding of shareholder's trust in management. The last one can only occur with someone's resignation. No one is going to finance or invest significantly in this with a management that has been questionable in looking after shareholder interest.

A healthy reverse may be positive if a company is in a good position, profitable, and wants to be listed on a board. However for wsgi, being at half a penny, it would basically constitute a death wish for all current share and options holders.
