OUR - OUR theory is that the sale of the NOL FUNDS the CSSA........and complies with the BK and SEC maze........it appears as if FCNCA purchased the NOL with proceeds from a preferred stock issuance..........and UWBI can literally WITHDRAW the BK petition........another rumor of late........

It is currently a chapter 7 case..........any reference to chapter 11 is a mistake.

That was an e-mail response I received from John F. Young on 6/24/2014 when I asked him why UWBKQ was listed as a chapter 11 in a filing.
