...OUR - OUR theory is that the sale of the NOL FUNDS the CSSA........and complies with the BK and SEC maze........it appears as if FCNCA purchased the NOL with proceeds from a preferred stock issuance..........and UWBI can literally WITHDRAW the BK petition........another rumor of late........
