A bill being introduced Monday in the U.S. House of Representatives could be Cox's ticket home. The three-page bill would amend the Controlled Substances Act -- the federal law that criminalizes marijuana -- to exempt plants with an extremely low percentage of THC, the chemical that makes users high.

And in 40 years I,m sure you've expressed your opinion a few times LOL!! One has to remember opinions are like well you know. I haven't been trading for forty years, but I certainly don't need someone trying to change my view of how to invest my money Repeatedly! Am I 100% sure this stock is going to fly, no, but neither are you 100% sure it's not going to fly!!
