Your last post has two important facts.
1)you have to walk before you can run.
2)at some point the subject should be changed from distribution to income.

My beliefs are, a Good Board, is one that can discuss among investors and future investors,the pros and cons of a company we are invested in,without people having to defend themselves from the rest of the board,that they might be a called a basher.There is a difference between bringing out valid facts and bashing.
Your statement,"At some point this year we need to start to seeing that we are indeed making inroads with sales and not just talking about distribution",made me smile,because I was just thinking myself at that time,enough with distributors,show me some numbers.
Something I have noticed with quite a few companies,that later on become very successful,is they do not pay much attention to early stage share prices.
They set a plan and let the share price take care of itself,as the plan comes together.
Thanks for your very valid thoughts and please bring the board up to date after you speak with the company.
