I see hundreds of regulatory actions that are specific to the OTC that prove that is in fact CEOs, insiders, affiliates and financiers. Can you show me a single Regulatory Action concerning OTC securities with SEC Rule 204 Violations?


And lets be clear the regulators have in fact prosecuted Rule 204 Violations on Exchange Listed Securities which are far more liquid than these turd OTC securities.
