Thats bad to hear. Basically this company is in the hands of a bunch of con men who are masters of their craft. They will very likely slip through the cracks and be off to their next (profitable) adventure.

it's a regulator's job to make sure "a bunch of con men" pay for their crimes, and don't "slip through the cracks". WGAS.
