Yes & that's why I've reported this to SEC & next I'll prolly report to FBI. I do not admire lousy 2-bit conmen, livin it up on my money. Everyone IMO should report, lets get this wgas look at, for possible fraud & other abuse, & not just let the conmen 'slip off to the next adventure.'
