You know for sure the boot brother ATJ would have shouted from the roof tops if his Buddy poor ole PV had won. So by reason of deduction...IFUS won. I can't imagine a lawyer as good as IFUS (according to ATJ's report that IFUS has a good one) has would not immediately file for costs. Whether poor ole PV has an money to pay these costs is unknown. If he is working then I guess IFUS can go after his wages to cover the costs. Not my area of expertise.
