Does anyone believe Barney won't get the $0.30 and $0.40 for each of the two lots of 10,875,000 LQMT shares he sells?
"...up to an additional 10,875,000 shares may be sold or transferred at any time after three months (i.e. Aug 20) after the Effective Date, or at any time after the closing price of the Company’s common stock equals or exceeds $.30 per share on any trading day at any time after the Effective Date; and (iii) the remaining 10,875,000 shares may not be sold or transferred until six months (Nov 20) after the Effective Date, except that such shares may be sold at any time after the closing price of the Company’s common stock equals or exceeds $.40 per share on any trading day at any time after the Effective Date...."
