Technicals. Breaking through SMA50 and SMA100, both around 6.60.

IMO it's typical NWBO trading. Take a look at the 3 year chart, it is up and down, with the exception of a full year between Nov 2012 - Nov 2013. It found its bottom last week near 5.82 and now it's trading up. I don't think it's anything more than that. Unless we get some news I think we will find a top and consolidate somewhere between the two. JMHO
