The problem is that the deals are always 'very promising'. Then the posts just change to 'promises, promises'.

Not sure where you see that it won't be but a few days before they file the form 10. Nothing is a couple of days with Mark.

Mike The Pikers---- spoke to auditor directly today and audit is expected to be completed by this Friday. At that point, we'll integrate with Form 10 and submit via Edgar toward becoming a fully reporting company!

7/25/201-Mike the Pike Productions, I cannot wait to file our Form 10-- CFO and Error! Hyperlink reference not valid. are finalizing financials today and atty is ready and waiting to insert into Form 10-- Audit should be done today as planned and it won't be but a few days after completed audit before we file the Form 10!
