If Shapiro/Pziser defense agrees to a stipulation to adjourn we should see this filed as the way I read the rules maybe I don't understand them.

Delays has nothing to do with anyones rights to appeal any decision.You can appeal and be denied alot faster then the previous ruling being overturned.

Oing covers the whole ballpark not just the game so as to not have them come back at him.
