I believe these delays are from Pfzier asking for more time. I think Shapiro is agreeing with these delays so that if/when Intellect wins this suit, Pfzier will be less likely to appeal the decision, since they were given more then enough time to make their case. Smart move by Shapiro...I still don't see Intellect being around anywhere near long enough to see the decision though. I believe a buyout from a large Pharma is coming...hopefully soon. GLTA
