Manufacturer owned dealerships are illegal in most states, but again Saleen stated in the investor presentation (and maybe the 10k) that they wanted to do it the "Tesla way" by opening their own dealerships where it's allowed and go around the law by opening galleries where they can't open dealers.

Naples is nothing like that period.

speaking of the investor presentation, am I the only one getting a 404 when trying to access it?

it would be very suspicious if they intentionally removed it. My guess is a lawyer said it could be use against them in a class action lawsuit.
