Hello and welcome. I could be wrong, but I think they have a current carbon capture method and the ERC takes this collected feedstock and chemically transforms it to Formates and Formic acid. That is my understanding. I don't believe they have to gather it at the time it is released. I am probably not the best guy to field the question... So take it for what it's worth.
