DIG.....it takes a boatload more of EVIDENCE from a CEO when one is trying to PROVE they have " real stores, real products and are a REAL company "!
In the investment community, those FACTS are proven by a FORM 10, business REGISTRATIONS and LICENSING, etc., which Tony appears to enjoy keeping EVERYONE in the " dark " about! So far all shareholders have heard is should of, could of or would of and nothing concrete.
DARK companies that try to defy the system with PR's, Facebook, Twitter and other " social media " hype with nothing else only make it in a very FEW and RARE cases.......and they almost ALWAYS end up filing their Form 10's and quarterlies once the stock heads down the DORMANT PATH towards delisting. That way they can get a " bump " in the PPS so they can survive a little longer.
Research some of those SEC stocks that try playing that DARK game.....several THOUSAND have not made it in the last 4+ years now. Read their message boards if they are still out there.....you will notice a lot of the SAME issues and questions popping up as you read here daily. Coincidence? I don't think so.
