Just more ammo as to WHY some CEO's keep dangling the carrot with promised financial FORM 10 info. in a few weeks and now were almost 6 MONTHS after that fact with USEI and still no viable evidence as to that Form 10 OR ANY stores opening with mdse. produced or even distributed by USEI and basically ZERO in the REVENUE department.
Tony has HAD numerous OTHER companies that FAILED MISERABLY and it appears they are all out of business. He does NOT have a CREDIBLE track record of following through on what he promises nor does he appear to know how to operate ANY type of a company to produce profitability for shareholders.
I give Tony 6 more mos. and if no Form 10 provided by him to prove he is the real deal or even ANY type of filing that USEI is selling product and generating REVENUE, I for one am GONE irrespective of any BS he tosses out and dangles for shareholders.
Comes a point in time when one must put up or shut up and IMO we are getting very near that event with Tony! Since he has already mentioned yet ANOTHER adventure he may or already has taken on with a cell phone company, one can only guess where he will let this company tank to should that happen.
If one FOLLOWS the " bouncing CEO " along with the shareholders bucks being taken all along the way, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to envision where this is going!
