Gumball,

Combination of few buyers ..... and potential of large chunks of stock available for various reasons. Haven't heard the "divorce" one of course that shouldn't matter.

The investor base in HEPI, save a few, do not understand the process of developing a real product to sell to major companies. Not used to REAL business development and requirements.

And of course selling begets selling .... regardless of whether it is warranted or not. And that is one of my longer term points. When dealing with a stock like this, you need to have done your homework and look at the facts that you yourself have gathered and have a plan to deal with it. Whining doesn't work.

Also there are bigger items at play. Small, microcap and otc stocks are underperforming ... and in some cases big. Money is flowing away from these issues.

Since I stopped posting my DD .. there has been nothing posted here of any value either positive or negative (save a post here or there).

Here's a tidbit ......
Anyone can look at the filings and see a couple large issuances of stock over the past year to complete deals or pay loans to people who really wouldn't have any ties to HEPI or the bioactive. Funny, the timing of some of those issuances coincides with a drop in price shortly thereafter. Can I prove those entities selling ?? .... no .... but .... coincidence is too much for me to ignore.

Personally I think 10 cents is ridiculous. Can pickup a six figure position for peanuts now. So I will do what I need to do. A licensing deal with Zoetis on bovine itself could be larger than market cap of HEPI at this time by itself if one looks at the possibilities for upfront payment, development milestones and the like.

BTW gumball,

Be interesting to see how stock reacts around this level (i.e. .12).

Its a key number for warrants and conversions.
