In the press release it clearly states that it has simply become an authorized dealer:

authorized dealers like Harbin Automotive near Huntsville.

This is by no means a retail location opened by Saleen nor a propriety dealership like the one Saleen opened in 2006 or the ones he advertised in the investor presentation (I would link you to the investor presentation, but apparently they removed it from the directory - try the button http://www.saleenautomotive.com/investors.html)

The claim was:
