One, if things weren't soon to be cleared up, if not already, I seriously doubt we would have heard a peep out of LJ. As he more than likely would've just faded into the sunset, imo.
Which speaks to your not so WishAG (Wildish Ass Guess:)) about a court or SEC/FINRA gag order. As I doubt he would've opened his mouth, and in doing so wouldn't give details because (under intense scrutiny, I'm sure) he couldn't.
All perfectly reasonable and a reason to have more than a bit of hope that this pony's about ready to come out of the gate. And do so with a much cleaned up, if not completely sterilized, background and things in the mix. Otherwise, why bother, right?;-)
