Sure they are. Now, I hope you agree that ultimately they are going to need money to make these things happen? How are they going to get this money?

They keep issuing shares to finance, but it dilutes the float and it drives the price per share down. The lower it gets the more difficult it is for the company to raise money. Put the $11 million of operating expenses on top of that and it fails.

BTW they are not opening retail locations. Naples is a third party distributor. The only cars they sold in China are the ones they showed at the auto show.
