Why would DPBE management stick it out, when any division belongs to Wilf personally, as is claimed?

So, to get this staight, DPBE funds a treasure salvage operations with shareholder funds, except that any asset recovered in the form of treasure has NOTHING to do with DPBE as a company, but merely a single individual - Wilf Blum.
