They can. What is sad is that with the $1 billion market cap the $100 stock, and all the CNBC hype, they could not get traditional financing, they had to resort to a toxic funding source and security.
Looks like nobody in the real world trusts them any further.
Additionally, Dr. Chiro and Vinny the phony attorney have been dumping millions of dollars of 144 paper. Why can they not fund their own company? They do not appear to have any faith in their own creation either.
